This page contains the terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

By placing an order at Trendy Treehouse, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to purchase) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Trendy Treehouse for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

Personal Information

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Trendy Treehouse as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to Trendy Treehouse and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Trendy Treehouse to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Trendy Treehouse Conditions, you agree to the above.

Force Majeure

Events outside Trendy Treehouse's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Trendy Treehouse is released from Trendy Treehouse's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.


All products remain Trendy Treehouse's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. All purchases made are in US dollars. Please note that if you are not in the US, there could also be an exchange rate charge. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Trendy Treehouse.

All transfers conducted through Trendy Treehouse are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.


Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.


Trendy Treehouse uses cookies according to the new Electronic Communications Act, which came into force on 25 July 2003. Additional Information

Trendy Treehouse reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Trendy Treehouse has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Trendy Treehouse shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

Shipping Policy

Trendy Treehouse turnaround time is 3-4 weeks for U.S. orders and up to 6 weeks for international orders. If you need a faster shipping time, please contact us at info@thetrendytreehouse.com to let us know your needs. We are happy to help in special circumstances.

We are a full sub facility and press all of our own designs onto very soft poly fabric. This fabric delivers the look and feel of organic cotton with wick ability of advanced poly-performance fibers.  Because we do not always press full color images you may notice some blue fiber specks on your items. This is normal for this press process and by purchasing you understand that your item may have some blue flecks on them.  If you are buying a full press item...again because of the full press, you may see wrinkles of white in the lines and folds of the fabric. This is also normal as we are unable to press between lines and folds.


We have a "NO REFUND" policy as all of our items are made to order.  You are entitled to a exchange within 2 days of your receiving your item(s). Exchanges will only be made for manufacturer error/defect, ink bleeding, ghosting, or if we happened to send you the wrong size. This does not include the blue flecks as a defect as we stated in the above print process. Those are not a defect but normal to appear in our press process.  We will not exchange an item if you decide to change the design or ordered the wrong size. We have a size chart for your reference. So please check before ordering.  Please note that the product must be returned unused, unmodified and in its original condition and packaging including all tags. We will not exchange items that have been worn, cut, have been stained, look worn, have signs of pet hair on them or smell of smoke. We are unable to resell the items in those conditions therefore we can not take them back. No exceptions! If an item is returned to us in any of these conditions, we will return the item back to you.  In some cases we will take photos for our record before returning.  Remember, we have a "NO REFUND" policy.  All of our shirts are made to order. So please be aware of this before purchasing. Thank you!

LOST/STOLEN/SHIPPING DELAYS...Trendy Treehouse is not liable for lost, stolen or delayed shipping. We ship all our packages out in a timely manner and will not be repsonsible for items that do not arrive in time, are lost or are stolen. We provide tracking on all of our packages, once it leaves our hands, we are no longer liable. Please contact your postal service for information on your package. We cannot provide anymore information other than a tracking number which  is already provided to you in your shipment confirmation email. There is a risk when buying online. Sometimes a package gets lost. It rarely happens, but it happens. By making a purchase with us or any other online business, you are assuming that risk. The will shop is not liable, nor will it provide a refund if your item does not arrive.

***NO CANCELLATIONS...after 3 days of purchase. All items from our shop are made to order so once they get into the process of being made, we are unable to cancel them. There is NO EXCEPTION. We cannot sell items made from your order to anyone else as they are made specifically for your order. By ordering from Trendy Treehouse, you are agreeing to these terms.

***PLEASE NOTE....there are NO REFUNDS for personalized items. This include any customer designs made as well. If you find that there is an error in spelling on your personalized item, please email us at info@thetrendytreehouse.com to let us know. We will correct the error. However, if you should change your mind about what word/name/date you want, we will not provide a refund. So please make sure your spelling is correct before placing your order. We take the spelling directly from your order. If it is not correct there, we are not at fault and will not provide an exchange. Thank you. 

***HOLIDAY DESIGNS....we take care in knowing that you want your items in time for the holiday. We make sure they are shipped out in time. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen or late packages once they leave our hands. Once we ship it in in the USPS hands and we cannot control what they do with your package. Things happen, items get lost. This is not our fault and we will not provide a refund due to a postal mistake. Sorry we can't hand deliver each and every package. We wish we could.
